     Just pull the retaining pin handle located in the driver's rear wheel well, lift the ball out of the socket, turn it over, and drop it back into the socket. You can have a hitch when you need it or a level bed when you don't.

Turnover Ball gooseneck hitches are available for all full-size pickup trucks. They install in about an hour, with no welding. The hitch assembly simply bolts across the truck frame under the bed while the bed is in place, the only modification to your truck is a four inch round hole in the pickup bed floor.

           The B & W Turnover Ball System converts from a towing unit to a level bed in less than 30 seconds. To change, pull and turn the spring loaded latch pin from  the driver's side wheel well, reach into the truck bed and lift the ball out of the  receiver, turn it over, drop the ball back down the receiver, and engage the latch pin. The process takes longer to read about than it does to complete.
           The B & W Turnover Ball is rated at *30,000 lb. GTW and carries a 7,500 lb. tongue weight rating.
